I am bilingual, bicultural, and have both practical experience and formal education in mitigation, individual and group counseling, biopsychosocial assessment, mental health/substance abuse assessment/counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, intervention, advocacy, referrals, and interdisciplinary team participation.

I am also a General Instructor in General Topics through the State of New York Division of Criminal Justice Services-Municipal Police Training Council.
